Personal training for beginners and “returners”
New Year, New Exercise Routine
A 6-week virtual coaching program with a personalized plan and live check-ins to help you build a routine you can actually stick to.
$125 if you sign up by January 31, 2026 (normally $195).

After reviewing your goals and the equipment you have access to, I’ll develop a custom strength workout for you. Over the course of the 6 weeks, we will adjust the workout as you progress!

Not sure how to schedule your workouts each week? I will make a plan for you based on your goals and your life, planning around work, kids, etc.

We will chat live over Zoom in week 1, 3 and 6 to make sure your new routine is working for you and answer any questions you have.
You don’t currently have a strength training routine
You are ready to set aside time to exercise a few days a week and can check-in with me over Zoom every other week for 20 minutes
You like to workout on your own schedule - you don’t need a trainer there with you when doing your workout
Your primary goals are related to improving your overall health, getting stronger, feeling better or having more energy
You aren’t injured and don’t have any lingering pain or medical conditions that you haven’t seen a doctor about
Who is the New Exercise Routine Program best for?
You live in or near Redmond, WA
You can to meet with a trainer at a gym at the same time once a week or once every other week (January 2026 time slots: Monday evenings)
You are a beginner or experienced exerciser and have specific goals related to fitness
You aren’t injured and don’t have any lingering pain or medical conditions that you haven’t seen a doctor about

There are a ton of free workout videos on YouTube. While these won’t be customized to you, they can help you get started! Try searching for “beginner” workouts if you are starting or starting up again and “body weight” workouts if you don’t have any equipment at home. Be sure to warm up if the video doesn’t include a warm up!

Local community centers and YMCAs often offer sliding scale memberships that can be cheaper than other gyms. Many also offer group exercise classes and personal training at the gym for a reduced rate.

Spending time playing a sport can be a great way to get some exercise. Many sports can be played in free spaces in the community with cheap equipment. Try finding a used sporting equipment store. Be sure to warm up and stretch after playing!
